Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday the weather was beautiful for a trip to the pumpkin patch. Olivia loves fall and looks forward to decorating the house inside and out for the season!

Olivia’s health has been great. She gave us a scare a week ago because of cold-like symptoms but after a trip to the doctor we were assured she is fine. Olivia has enjoyed attending several school football games, getting involved in several clubs at school and so many other experiences that come with being a typical high schooler!

Olivia continues to practice driving since she received her learners permit a couple weeks ago. Her grades in school are all A’s , although Olivia still has a little chemo-brain which causes a delay in her reaction time and takes her longer to problem solve. It continues to get better the longer she’s in school, just as the doctors thought.

We continue to ask for prayers that this cancer is gone and never returns! Please also pray for other children that are currently in treatments, including Conlei and Daphne.
