Has been a busy day at Riley gettings things done for Preston and Olivia ahead of the transplant. Everything is going very well and we are reminded of how great the Riley staff are. The bad part is as we think about the up coming transplant and recovery it makes me think of being similar to knowing in 2 weeks your child will be in a very bad car wreck! We will try to focus on the positives!

The worst is the fear of the unknown. We are praying for all of you. This, too, shall pass. We can't wait for God to restore your health and for the day that this is only a memory......

I found that although I knew what was coming, it was easier for me to focus on the "now", and reminding myself that "this" was all temporary. Prayers continue for all of you.

Olivia and Preston! We are continuing to keep you and your family in our prayers. You are both very brave and strong and God will help you through this obstacle too! Remember we don't know what is ahead , but trust that God is there and holding on to both of you!

If you are 18-44 years old, you can join the national registry for marrow donors. It’s a simple cheek swab and YOU can cure someone’s cancer! Go to: join.bethematch.org/Youngblood

Lord lift up the entire Stoy family as they go through this season in their lives. Give them peace that only You can give them. Be with the Doctors and nurses as they prepare the family for the transplant. Continue to wrap your arms around them.
